Had on tap at Red Heat Tavern on Bedford, MA. I thought is was a very nice Wee Heavy, but I was disappointed in the barrel-aged aspects of it. I found the aroma and flavors of wood and whiskey to be almost non-existent compared to other examples of the style I've had. My hat's off for the skill showed in brewing the base beer, which I've often seen mishandled by US brewers, but I'd suggest leaving the beer in the barrels longer in the future.
