Had on tap. Pours clear, gold in color with half inch head. Taste is white grape, oak, and sparkling wine. Light bodied, high carbonation, slightly bitter and slightly dry. Makes for an interesting IPA. Reminds me a bunch of Trillium's Dialed In series but with even more wine taste. A really good beer. Nice introduction to the style.

Hazy with a with a green hued, gold color. Moderate starting head which settles to a film of bubbles. It leaves thick streaks of lace on the glass.
The smell most resembles the aroma of hop pellets in a homebrew strore.
The flavor is not nearly as dry as the "Brut" moniker would suggest. There's a berry, pale malt base. The hop is stronger but rather nondescript. The finish and aftertaste are well balanced. Decent body with a neutral effervescence. The overall effect is positive.
