Momentum is the inspired combination of ingredients, ideas & process changes that have shaped our hop forward releases over the past few years - compiled into one recipe. Utilizing American Loral, Australian Vic Secret & New Zealand Nelson Sauvin, it smells like fresh & fluffy cotton candy mixed with tropical fruits, with some floral notes. It tastes like fresh cut melon and white wine that mellows out over gentle carbonation. Oats & wheat contribute a smooth mouthfeel, mild sweetness and haze representative of an unfiltered American IPA. Head retention malts are added to produce dense, tight & lingering bright white foam.
