Served on tap at Church Brew Works on 5-4-14
A - Clear yellow gold with two fingers of fluffy white head, thick lacing. Looks good
S - Really earthy aroma, floral notes, hop resin, pepper, mildly sweet malt aroma too.
T - Big spicy hop resin, pine, earthy malts, a little belgian yeast, fig, apple
M - Not heavy for its ABV, a little dry.
O - Its an OK collab, I'm not really sure if this would be an IPA though, its really got a lot goin on.

Pours a pale golden color with a white, short lived head that does lace the glass well. The aromas had pine and grapefruit with a little bit of sweet malt. In the taste, bright and hoppy with the grapefruit notes being big. A pretty mellow IPA with a tame bitterness but good hop flavor. Medium bodied, but on the lighter end of the spectrum. Soft carbonation for a smooth feel. Overall, reminiscent of English style IPAs this was pretty decent.
