Another experimental brew that stood out on their menu.
A - Pours a golden honey yellow color with a 1/4 inch of frothy head.
S - Smell is quite nice the Chamomile spice is faint but what really stands out in the honey malt very vibrant.
T - Quite good the red ale base provides a nice sweetness that leaves the palate without any dry honey taste. Spices are fairly well integrated.
M - Quite smooth light to medium in body easy to drink.
Overall I would get it again it was a very tasty simple honey flavored beer.
