"This is a collab beer we did with Rusty Rail, a dark Belgium aged with cocoa nibs giving it a chocolate banana taste"
As expected the pour was very dark and had a nice 1/2 inch of froth atop. Smell is very cocoa scented with some Belgium yeasts but not getting much in term of banana. Taste again very cocoa laced with some dark Belgium cane sugar and just the smallest hint of overripe banana. Body is quite smooth medium bodied yet easy to crush.
