"The light-medium bodied ale is perfect for these warm lazy days! With banana and clove overtones as a result of fermentation with a unique strain of German Ale yeast, this is a hefe with a boost!"
Appears a clouded light lemonade esque tone with a fluffy effervescent white head leaves scattered chunky lacing down the glass. Aroma full of hefe yeast notes banana, clove, vanilla, and a touch bubblegum light herbal hop finish is noted sharp wheat citrus blends in there as well great smelling true Bavarian style. Flavor is flowing nicely sharp citrus snap from wheat soothing herbal note with the yeast characteristics doing their thing the whole time banana, clove, and vanilla tones really are the highlight summer time brew on par with other American brewed Bavarian style hefes. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied carbonation is a bit higher like the style usually entails with a silky smooth overall effervescence. Drinkability stand by summer beer I could drink this without even trying good version I would revisit without a doubt.
