"We used a German strain of ale yeast to ferment this light-medium bodied wheat beer. We then aged this concoction on coriander and sweet orange peel as you would a Belgian White style. This invasion of Belgian character adds a complexity you won't forget!"
Appears a cloudy pale golden large white head even lacing forms down my glass. Aromatics contain heavy coriander, clove, and sharp citus wheat along with the orange peel zestiness seems stronger in the spice department than the usual witbier style and I think this had alot to do with the being aged on coriander and orange peel rather than actually brewed with. Flavor, I'm a bit flooded with the coriander I love the flavor but this really rushes the palate citrus components come via wheat malts and orange zest light herbal hop finish complements everything pretty well here. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied carbonation is ample a powdered yeast and spice lacquer are left on the palate after each sip that coriander was a bit much. Drinkability wise I love wits but this one spiced me out a bit even in a sample portion seemed like the a bit much still desirable and definitely a highly drinkable style just in my tastes I like less coriander going on.
