Draught @ Brewpub: Nitro tap, ordered mine without the cinnamon and sugar on the glass rim. This one pours a hazy, slightly orangish lighter amber color. There was a tight, dense finger of 0ff-white foam on it. Some pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices to the nose, but not overpowering. Creamy body. A touch on the lighter side. Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices are the main tastes. Just a touch of malt sweetness. Not bad.

Pours a dark caramel orange, with a white head and sheets of lace. Aroma is heavy on pumpkin and cinnamon. In the taste, pumpkin pie spiciniess of pumpkin, vanilla and Cinnamon. A lot of pumpkin pie spices and flavoring which is quite nice with a nitro pour. This is a very good beer. Lots of pumpkin spice while remaining balanced. Medium bodied, smooth creamy feel. Overall, this is a very nice pumpkin ale.

Enjoyed at rivertowne in Verona on nitro tap! Looks orangish with lingering sticky head on top like guinness. The smoothest smelling pumpkin beer I've ever smelled or tasted! Nutmeg and pumpkin spices are subtle but present. It leaves you with a pumpkin taste that makes you want more. Mouthfeel is so smooth its ridiculous. It will have you tipping till the barrel is gone. My overall favorite session pumpkin spice beer! Nothing compares to its smootheness and capability of drinking a bunch!

Had on nitro tap in Monroeville.

The glass was rimmed with a brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mix. It gave the 'spice' to the beer, but I was not a huge fan of it.

A: Pours a nice dark orange color, with ample foam head and lots of lacing.

S: Outside of the spices on the glass, the beer has a ton of pumpkin. In addition, there is a little brown sugar and caramel and bready malts.

T: A thick rich amount of pumpkins, very tasty and very creamy. Not overloaded with spices.

M: Leaves a thick creamy tast on the mouthfeel.

D: This is an easy to drink pumpkin. Not overly spicey, not overly sweet (if you do not get the sugar mixture on the glass).

I had this on tap at the Rivertowne about a month ago. It seemed to be a seasonal brew made around September/October that tapped out late November/December.

Info on beer:
400 Pounds of Schramm's pumpkins were baked, spiced and added to the mash to create this original "Pumpkin Pie in a Glass" delight!

A - Quite decidable since they rimmed the glass with sugar and cinnamon. Color is hazy brown.
S - Like a pumpkin ale should but the spices of the rim made it hard to distinguish if it was the beer.
T - Awesome. The spiced rim made it a treat and even after I got around the rim it was rich in flavor without having too much hops which I hate in a pumpkin seasonal.
M - Creamy and every taste was full of flavor.
D - I only had this once during their happy hour but would have had a couple if I knew the keg was about to tap out the following week. Can't wait to see it next year!

Overall a great beer and an even greater presentation. One of the best pumpkin ales I have tried. Highly recommended!
