Review from notes taken on 7/31/10.
On tap at the brewpub, this brew appears a crystal clear yellow color with a thin whisp of white head that does not display much power of retension.
The nose is lightly citrusy with a mixture of orange/lemony scents possibly influenced by coriander? Also evident in the background are the typical belgian aromas.
The taste is reminescent of orange rind and coriander upfront. The body is a light grainy sweetness with some clove and an increasing amount of alcohol warmth.
Medium to light in the feel with a light level of carbonation. Easily drinkable. As the brew warms there are some notes of sulfur that come out of the brew that mixes with the coriander and is slightly offputting.

A: Pours a nice golden straw color with ample white foam head that sticks.
S: The coriander is the most predominant scent but there are also ample amounts of citrus. Very inviting.
T: For me this is a very well balanced and highly enjoyable Belgian. The coriander is not as potent and blends well with the citrus and the grains of paradise.
M: A nice light bodied beer with ample carbonation. Very crisp and clean.
D: An excellent beer to drink in the summer, very light and very refreshing.

I had this on tap at the Rivertowne and was so impressed I purchased a growler of it to take home. My review is from the tap.
Beer info:
A Belgian white with spiced with coriander, sweet orange, grains of paradise, and a secrete ingredient!
A - Hazy yellow with great white head.
S - Smells of oranges and slight nut.
T - The orange makes a great dimension to this beer. Most ales I have tried use orange peels but this one taste like straight up orange.
M - Slight bitter from the hops but the flavor stays constant with every sip.
D - Very good since I bought a growler. I would defiantly drink this one again.
Overall a great Belgian that is full bodied and flavorful.
