A: Pours a nice light brown color with some copper hues. Provides a nice off-white foam had with moderate retention. Some spots of lacing on the glass.
S: A combination of caramel, bread, toast and just a tiny amount of alcohol
T: A nice thick malt flavor hits the palate. Toast and bread are the most apparent. There is a slight caramel taste on the back end. No real hop bitterness.
M: This beer is carbonated nicely, leaving a nice thick creamy taste on the palate.
D: A very well put together Bock beer. Low in ABV, it provides a nice rich toasty taste, perfect for a fall or winter night. I would definitely have this again.
