The Breakfast Brown is an apt name. It had a strong maple syrup smell and taste. It was very sweet, but quite tasty. The beer poured a amberish brown without much head or lace. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with subtle carbonation. Overall it was a good beer however the sweetness was too much for me.
