On tap for $1 at the Gridiron Restaurant Sports Pub in Lewiston, ME
Hey for a $1 why not. Didn't know this was a local Maine beer until I did a little search on the internet.
Orange-Amber in color with a thin somewhat creamy head. Very light mild aroma. Not really much aromatic hops in this, more of a pale malt aroma. Taste was also mild with a little bit of hops and not very complex. It was a bit on the watery side and lacked a good body. Overall this is nothing more than just another typical English style pale ale. I'd certainly drink this over a Macro but it's nothing to write home about and doesn't really stand up to a lot of other Maine craft beers available.

Had this beer at Great Lost Bear as a Thursday Showcase.
I could not make out the colour in the weak lighting of the bar, but it looked brownish and opaque, with a head that appeared to lose much of its gusto before it hit the table.
The nose was mildly hoppy.
Spicy, bitter and smooth, all in their best uses.
A light-medium body with clean finish.
The Wife and I really dug it, and were looking for a few more pints, alas the Bear ran dry.
