This was their Seasonal offering (winter). Served in a standard pint, the beer is a light translucent brown with just a skim of beige head.
There is a sweet aroma, I pick-up a bit of brown sugar, grains and grass.
The taste is sweet in a caramel sort of way. There is a bit of very lightly toasted malts. It becomes a bit earthy late with more lingering sweetness.
At first I thought it was a bit thin, but the beer grew on me as it warmed. Easy enough drinker and an OK stab at the style.
