My wifes favorite beer. Deep golden color, and crystal clear. Almost no head, a thin white covering. Malty flavors with very little hop essence or bitterness on the pallete. No diacetyl or DMS flavors at all. Could be a great beer with a little more ageing and some proper glassware.

Lots of sweet malt in the aroma with a touch of honey. Amber/orange in color with a smallish, but creamy white head. Smooth bready, sweet malt flavor again with a little dash of honey in the finish, but not a whole lot else...though, typical of most brewpub marzens.. This reminds me a bit of Hacker Pschorrs Marzen.
