Served in a pint glass with little to no head... not the beer's fault.... perhaps the bartender should pour a bit more agressively. The beer was a deep ebony.
Smell: Somewhat subdued. I picked up slight hints of dark chocolate and roasted malt.
Taste: A good stout. Roasted malt taste with good balance of sweet (dark chocolate) and bitter (some hops) for balance.
Mouthfeel: Just a touch on the thin side. Could use more body. Carbonation was just on the high side of medium.
Drinkability: A good solid offering.

This is one of Sarasota Brewing Company's best beers.
It's very dark with a thick white head. It has a nice roasted malt aroma, which leads into a wonderfully smooth chocolate malt taste. It's super smooth without a trace of tannins anywhere. This is a very drinkable stout.
I'm not sure if this is a milk stout. It reminds me of one because it has that creamy-sweet quality that could indicate the use of lactose sugar.
Anyway, when they've got this on tap, get it.
