Draft at Wazoo Beer Tasting event in Tampa. I kept going back for this because it was the only decent stout on draft. Strong roasty aroma with mild coffee notes. Dark black with a minimal head. Flavor is roasty as well. Not overly sweet at all. Well balanced with a bakers chocalate bitterness. A very serviceable stout that is fun to drink.

A deep, dark brown-black brew with a small head that quickly disappeared leaving only a very thin film and ring. No lace at all.
Smell is nicely balanced with notes of hops, coffee, dark chocolate and malt hiding in the back.
Taste is more of the same, hops, coffee, dark chocoalte with a hint of smokiness in the middle and a slight maltiness near the end. Overall, the balance was good with a nice complexity. Sadly, I found the sweetness I expected lacking, it seemed more of a standard stout than a sweet one.
Lightly effervescent, with a medium/full body. Mouthfeel is fairly smooth with the alcohol showing up a little in the aftertaste to hang out with the hops and coffee. I would compare this quite favorably to a Guinness-style stout with a less hoppier finish. A good brew.

I'm not sure how different this beer is from the Brewing Co.'s Sharkfin Stout. It's got a different name, so I'm calling it a different beer!
Nice and dark with no head. It has a very sweet smell of fusel alcohols and malt.
The taste is big on roasted malt flavors and lots of sweetness from (I assume) lactose sugars. This beer was too sweet for my homebrewing buddy, hemogoblin. I saw it is a nice drinkable beer, if on the sweet side.
The body is very smooth
