Golden color and clear. Nearly no head but some fine spots are left.
Very mild aroma, mostly pale malts.
There's a surprising darker element to the malt flavor, as if there were dark crystal malt added at the end of the brew. Smooth and sweet--a touch of caramel. Short malty aftertaste. Light smokiness. Full bodied.

This was my second beer before lunch, served into a Pint glass, and was one of my favorites from here!
Appearance- Amber color and had less than 1/2 finger of head. Dark lace stayed on the side of the glass.
Smell- A great amount of hop comes to the nose and then malt.
Taste- A wild amount of hops! Should be a Pale Ale in Style. There is also a caramel background.
Mouthfeel- Medium-Full bodied, great amount of carbonation, and crisp.
Drinkability- Very nice! The classification for Amber/Red Lager is noticed now that I've finished the beer. Could drink throughout the day! I'm really enjoying Sarasota Brewing Co's Beers so far! Keep em coming!

A: Pours a nice vibrant amber hue with a nice head. Okay retention with some spotty lace.
S: Aromas of sweet caramel malt, corn, and bread.
T: Lightly roasted with the candy malts standing out. The corn is there again in the flavor with mild floral hops noted as well.
M: Medium in body, pretty smooth.
D: Not really that tasty to be honest.

Pours a dark ruby amber color with golden ruby hues when held to a light source and a thin half finger off-white head that quickly fades into a very thin lasting ring. No lacing.
Earthy, metallic aroma with some subtle malt character as well as some adjunct like corn and rice presence.
The flavor is similar to the aroma with a bit more of a malt presence. A bit fuller bodied than I expected but is still a bit watered down with a grainy rice and corn flavor as well as some subtle rye and caramel malt. Not very flavorful and it took a while to get through the full glass.

On draught at the SBC, 03/07/08. 5.5% abv, 13 IBUs. A honey-orange translucent ale with good carbonation, it smells of light, grainy caramel and mild, piney hops. It's very sweet for a pale ale, with the malt standing on at least equal footing with the hops, but its not saccharine in a cloying or sticky way. Good mouthfeel, again very mild, probably under carbonated. A very well-balanced beer, though, even if it's a little sweeter than what I normally like/am accustomed to.

Drank 7/12/06
Our bartender told us that this is the most popular and almost always flowing. Also it has won several regional awards.
It has a gorgeous amber hue with sticky lace. I can smell the hops and malts. Taste has a very well balanced front and bitter hops finish. Medium carbonation and high drinkability makes this a winner.

Aroma is fairly hoppy with a bit of sweet malt beneath. Tea colored body with a lazy white head. Hops dominate the fore then a rich, slightly nutty, caramel malt smoothness finishes the deal. Fairly basic and narrow flavor range, but still fun to drink.
