This is easy drinking, subtle grassy hop profile, nice grainy malt backbone and a smooth and wet mouthfeel. I could pound this brew all day without any issues. Don't expect any thing mind blowing, but if you're looking for a session brew, this is a good place to start.

Straw color and nearly clear. Modest white head; leaves some spots on the glass.
Sour aroma of slightly spent grain.
Full bodied and lowly carbonated for the style. Maintains the sourness. Lighter malt start, mild bitterness from the hop. Brief aftertaste

Enjoyed all of the beers on tap from this Brewery this past January. Have great notes from each beer I enjoyed by the pint and now am reviewing all of the ones I have written in my BlackBerry.
This Sarasota Gold was poured into a pint glass and enjoyed before lunch.
Appearance- Dark Blonde Color, 1/2 a finger of head and good retention with it. Light about of extinct foam left on the side of the glass, not quite lace.
Smell- A very grainy, cereal aroma, almost as though the barley just came off the stalk? lol. Not quite any hop scents either.
Taste- Has a pale malt taste and a mild English Pale ale taste. Not sure how the American Blonde Ale style is associated with this certain beer, but I can dig it.
Mouthfeel- Medium Bodied, smooth, subtle, airy, and low-key across the palate.
Drinkability- An easy beer to enjoy on an afternoon here in Sarasota FL. Wish they would sell these in 6-packs so we can take to the beach. Time for a new ale from Sarasota Brewing Company.

A: Pours a nice light golden hue with a tall white head. Pretty good retention with some spotty lace.
S: Aromas of sweet grainy malts, light floral hops with not much else.
T: Flavor very much like the aroma. Pale malts with hints of sweet corn. The hops are there but grossly understated. Just a touch of grass.
M: On the lighter side of medium, smooth
D: Not a favorite of mine.

On draught at SBC, 03/07/08. 5% abv and 12 IBUs. A light transparent straw gold brew with a grassy and very mild hop aroma, this beer is rather thin, but still has a good hop presence (Saaz hops) and a nice english malt profile. Not nearly as crisp as I feel it should be, though - it has very little carbonation. A decent enough beer, drinkable.
