On draught at SBC, 03/07/08. 5% abv, 38 IBUs. Transparent straw gold, crisp looking. A very mild smell, almost neutral, faintest wisps of old world noble hops. Pretty much the same thing in the flavor profile - light, bready malts and mild hops. This beer unfortunately suffers from the same fate as most of the other SBC beers I sampled during my time there - it was undercarbonated. An attempt at a by-the-book pilsner that falls a little short.
