Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal-clear, bright, copper-gold coloring with a filmy, clingy, white head. Nose of bubble gum, fruit sweetness, and herbal highlights, but an overall light nose. Flavors are butterscotch sweet forward, with toasted highlights, floral notes, herbal spices, and roasted characteristics. Mild palate overall. Smooth, light bodied, with a spiced aftertaste. Smooth, light finish, with a funky Belgian yeast linger. Refreshing, but the volume could be turned up in a couple of places.
