Thai-influenced dessert Stout that is made with lactose, Pandan leaves and toasted coconut. The coconut and pandan give this beer a subtle coconut and vanilla flavor with hints of bitter chocolate.

On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a nice dark brown close to black color with a "nitro-looking" white foamy head and it slid off fairly nice with some quaint lace running here and there.
The aroma had a nice sweet to roasty milk chocolate and delicate roastiness rounding it out with a little bit of coconut and leafy grassy sweetness.
The flavor was moderately sweet running through the milk chocolate and coconut and then had a sweet leafiness playing with some roast. Mild aftertaste of the leafy grassy sweetness with the coconut and milk chocolate.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Fair dryness from the leafiness gripping my tongue slightly. Carbonation felt spot on. ABV felt on par. Nice milky chocolate sort of finish with a touch of the coconut and dry leafiness.
Overall, pretty unique sort of milk/sweet chocolate that I'd be willing to have again.
