A: Slightly cloudy amber body topped with small patches of white scattered across the surface. No visible carbonation.
S: No surprise with apple in the nose. This isn't your regular apple though, this is authentic smelling and for good reason...its made with a ton of fresh pressed apple cider.
T: A good blend of apple and beer. It gets the body and fullness from the malt and the apple from the cider. There are spices like cinnamon poking their way to the front but not taking over. Not overly sweet at all.
M: light bodied but not as light as cider is. Although there isn't visible carbonation there is a good amount of sizzler on the tongue.
D: Great drinkability. The ABV isn't too high add the flavor isn't oppressive. Excellent fall seasonal.

A - Beer pours a nice cloudy and bright orange-amber color. About a finger of nice head with pretty decent retention and some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is similar to apple pie aroma, with a nice mix of apple, cinnamon, and ginger smells. A little bit of malt smells helps balance the overall aroma.
T - Starts off as a nice mix of apples and sweet malts, but not overly-sweet. The malt taste eventually becomes more present gradually and some cinnamon and ginger flavors come in. The aftertaste is sweet and almost a bit dry which is really nice.
M - Medium to Medium-Light bodied with a very nice amount of carbonation. Feels super smooth and crisp.
D - Very interesting beer. The flavors are all nice and very well balanced. The mouth feel and finish are all super smooth, crisp, and refreshing. Very drinkable beer.

Had this nice 64oz growler thanks to Johnieeee, poured into various Pint glasses
A - Poured a light brownish amber with a small, maybe a fingers deep head of off white lace. Pretty quick on the fade led to jus a thin film on the sides and virtually no side glass lace.
S - Aroma was light but very nice. Lots of light fruity esthers coming off of it with a good amount of fresh cut grass type of hops mixed in. A good all around and very bright aroma.
T - The flavor was very good. Fresh apples very evident in the taste, but nowhere near overwheling or dominating as it was blended perfectly with a good mixture of spices and a nice grain like base. A good dry hop like finish was a good cap to the session,
M - Super smooth with a light to medium body that realy let you put this down quite fast. A nice amount of carbonation and a good smooth feel.
D - Great. I could have drank this all night long. It was just very nicely crafted with a great feel. I really thought that the light flavors and thetouch of fruit really lended itself well.
Overall I was not expecting this but I thought overall it was excellent. Really a very nice suprise and something I would gladly tak again if I could. Kudos man this was one good beer and I really enjoyed it,.

Had this on tap at the Pump Station. From notes
A: Nice color. The bar was really dark when I went in after work.
M: Apples, cinnamon, ginger. Roasted malt a little bit too.
T: Definitely different. Never had an apple beer before. Hard to compare it to anything else.
M: Nice medium body. Went down smooth.
D: Not too bad. I don't think I could drink this all night but it was definitely different.
