Appearance rich amber color one finger off white head dissapates rather quick but leaves a ring of fome and a nice lace. Smell bread alcohol and caramel. Taste same as smell but ever so slight dry roasted character unusual for this style but is so slight it dosn't seem out of place. Mouthfeel mediem body mediem carbonation. Drinkability good goes down easy.

The Evans Amber has a nice color and a good dry ending. I like that! But the flavors are muted. I'd rather the hops or malts jumped out at me.
