On tap at the brewpub.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-pale yellow color yet having a slight transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Just a sheet of white foamy head slid off pretty quick to leave barely any lace.
The aroma had some toast, light grassy and floral hop character and a light corn and grainy sort of blend underneath.
The flavor was moderately sweet and dry adding in a touch of the corn in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was light bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Slight sweet corn finish.
Overall, honestly, it seemed well made noting that it seemed like sweet corn was used and it wasn't the off flavor of "DMS" that sometimes can be associated with aromatics and flavors. I'd have this one again.

Poured on-tap at the Pump Station, the beer was served in a shaker pint. A pale, yellow-straw coloring with a sparse, filmy, white surface coating of head. Nose of toasted grains and floral highlights. Flavors of heavy toasting, both corn and grain. Sweet, floral ribbons highlight throughout. Thin, light bodied. Roasted grain aftertaste, with a clean, filmy finish. Decent Pilsener.
