Poured on-tap at the Pump Station, the beer was served in a shaker pint. The beer is a pale caramel color, with a whispy, white, filmy coating on the surface. Nose of subtle caramel sweetness. Very smooth bodied in mouth. Flavors of roast and toffee, with a terroir/earthy character to it. Slight hops bitter at the end of the palate, with a tangy sweet aftertaste. Clean, slightly cloying finish.
