On draught in Restaurant Viadukt, Zurich West.
L: Cloudy. Dark orange. Thick, white head diminishes surprisingly quickly to a 2mm cap but leaves layers of lacing.
S: Banana and cloves. But a little lacklustre.
T: Lemon. Banana. Spices.
F: Medium body. Nicely spicy. Carbonation is on the high side.
O: A decent example of a style I love.

Nice hefeweizen, dark orange, thick foam lasting long, fresh in taste but without great aroma. Good beer, but rather heavy and unsurprising. Solid Swiss work.
