Fairly typical pilsner/lager appearance and colour, quite small bubbles. Aroma is kind of musky malt, kind of heavy, with some sweet slightly melonny and bananaey hoppiness.
Taste is not what I would usually expect from a Czech beer. Rather light in terms of hops, and heavy in terms of malt. Some quite unique flavours of hazlenuts. Hops is light, sweet and flowery. Quite a fulll, heavy mouthfeel...but it lacks the hoppiness and effervescence to be interesting.
Some honey also comes through in the flavour. It's certainly kind of unique and moderately complex. Though for me the malt is too heavy in relation to the hops, it lacks effervescence and it really is rather low in terms of overall flavour and kind of dead and flat in terms of mouth feel. I much prefer lighter with more alcohol strength and hops.
