Pours brown/copper with a large creamy head.
Nose shows bready and spicy rye alongside grassy, herbal and earthy hops.
Very similar flavours but without so much hop character, more just the bitterness.

330ml bottle poured into half pint.
L - dark orange/copper, cloudy, pours a frothy 2inch thick offwhite head that lingers.
S - freshly baked bread, herbs (cardamom), orange, all over a strong malt backdrop
T - bready malts (more like pumpernickel), with red berries and walnuts in the middle. very bitter resin flavours towards a lingering finish.
F - feels a tad watery for a rye, which is usually more dense than other beer styles. Astringent, bitter finish.
O - up there with Mountain Goat Rye, although not as sweet. Long, bitter finish makes this stand out, but could ruin it's sessionability.

Clear red colour with a foamy offwhite head. Fair head retention.
Fruity hop aroma. Caramels malt. Sharp.
Mmmmm. Bitter. Solid hop bitterness backing up a fruity hop profile then sweet malt. Very good.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
Really good beer. Solid flavour and eminently drinkable.
