on tap at Riverhawk 2017. This is a well crafted mainstream brown ale. Good strength, mild bitterness, and a lingering aftertaste of dark roasted grains with a touch of smoke.

This is one of the regulars at Dunedin Brewery. Had this on-tap and was served on a Pint glass.
A: dark coffee color with red hints towards the bottom. Literally no head but decent sticky lacing.
S: at first the smell was very mute and hard to acquire. As the beer went down and warmed up a little I was able to tell some coffee and slight roasted malts.
T: coffee, hints of chocolate and roasted malts, watery as it passes through the tongue.
M: medium body with medium to high carbonation. A bit of a watery feel unfortunately.
O: not what I was hoping exactly but it has some nice characteristics. I wish it had less of a watery taste and feel, nevertheless, a decent way to finish the night at the brewery.

On-tap at the source.
This brown ale pours tan with a nice light foamy head.
Aroma - Light coffee, chocolate, and subtle hops.
Taste - Same as Aroma, but well balanced with more hop taste. Not very robust, but very drinkable.
Overall - Slightly light brown color for the style, but I'm no stickler. Nice sessionable brown ale for the hot Florida heat.

I was able to try this brown ale on tap at the Dunedin brewery. The beer poured a thick three inch head and had a partly cloudy brown body. Aromas were of roasted malts and caramels. The body was of medium build and the finish ended a bit bitter. A great example of a classic brown ale.
