Poured on-tap at the Dunedin Brewery. Served in a pint glass. Awesome cascade, leaving a very dark brown brew with nut brown highlights and a great, thick, creamy white head that looks solid sitting atop the stout. Aromas of cream and coffee, with some light bitter hops, too. Very smooth and light in mouth, with a creamy feel to it. Head retention is phenomenal, and the glass is coated with the foamy head. Flavors are light coffee and smooth, rich cream. Very light bitter coffee aftertaste, and the finish is dry and clean. Great beer!
