On-tap at Hoptomic. It pours a translucent golden hue, and is capped with a bubbly white froth; lacing ensues. The nose is interesting, and immediately announces itself as a different hop bouquet from the status quo. Notes of grass, elderflower, muscat, nectarine and wildflower greet both the olfactory and gustatory. The underlying pale maltiness suggests pristine mineral water and vague breadiness, but is not a major player in the brew's profile. Feels nice; it is a bit crisper than average, but also a bit lighter of body, too. Overall, a very nice and intriguing offering from Dunedin.
