First had: on tap at the Dunedin brewpub
Hopped with Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial.
Slightly hazy amber pour, with a creamy white head that receded to a ringlet and left some doily lacing on the glass. Nice hoppy nose, citrus, pine, herbal notes, with a touch of bready malts detectable. Taste was similar, citrus and pine hop bite, decently bitter, but not palate-wrecking, fresh and crisp, herbal, with a solid malt base lending a bit of sweetness to the mix. Pretty typical of the style, so in that sense, it was a well-done brew. Light-medium body and quite drinkable overall.
