Amber color. Light haze. Nice dense head. Lacing to follow.

Floral and piney hops with some grapefruit-y zest. Lots of C-hops in the nose. Some biscuit from the malt. Nice nose.

Great crispy flavor with citrus and pine overtones. Heaping bitterness adds to the palatable character. Pale malts with a light toast. Aggressive hoppiness with leafy hop freshness. Crisp and fresh, not dank. Expanse in body. Great gushy carb makes the feel.

Excellent IPA. Great surprise.

Philadelphia Brewing Co
Bitter Canadian (IP eh!)

Pours an unassuming, perfectly clear copper. Lace is left behind from a light off white head. Aroma of biscuity malts, citrus, herbal. In the taste, straight up bitterness, this beer has a hell of a hop bite. Enamel stripping herbal, earthy hops with quite a resinous, rind extract like concentration. Almost too hoppy to be enjoyable, but in fact, I quite like this. Extremely bitter, palate wrecking brew. Drying, super crisp, well carbonated, and medium bodied. Overall, this is a really impressive brew. Hopped to death, eh? O keh'

Had this new beer from PBC at Jamison Pourhouse.
Bitter canadian is an agressively dry hopped beer that smells fantastic. Lots of fresh hops and hints of citrus.
The appearance is golden amber with a rich and dense head. It left lots o' lacing in it's wake.
Flavor was fresh and tasted really good. Hops dominate with a resiny, dank and wet taste.
Finishes bitter and semi dry but really not that bitter making it quite drinkable.
According to the wbsite it's just in kegs and nothing about bottles.
I think to date could be thier best effort.
