On tap at the West Palm Beach, FL location. Sampled on May 23 with Javier, before my fateful trip to Boston, when I ended up missing the AOBF.
Pale light straw yellow color. Produced a bubbly, rocky, fast fading sparse head. What was left of it, stuck to the glass nicely. Slight smells of baked bread and butter. Nice taste, full bread malt flavor. Buttermilk biscuits and sweet finish, along with a crisp hop snap and a nice dry finish. Surprisingly good. Well balanced, and more body than I anticipated from a pale yellow beer. Very tasty beer, and well worth a try. This might be there best beer to date.
