A: Pours a transparent copper/amber color that produces a small, slightly off-white head that retains for a short period of time and leaves minimal lacing along the glass.
S: The nose is predominantly malty, slightly bready, with a mild hop presence. Some fruits lurk beneath everything else, but the serving temp was a little too cold.
T: Very similar to the nose, malty, sweet notes of caramel and some fruits, bready throughout. A little metallic on the finish.
MF/D: Not the most refined or smoothest, but carbonation was pretty good, long bready finish.
Not their best, but nice and easy with a big lunch.
