First had: on tap at Brewzzi, Boca Raton, FL
Hazy golden color, with a thin, fizzy, white head; wispy retention and minimal lacing. After sampling many of Brewzzi's other beers, the aroma on this one was surprisingly good. Crisp, fresh hops, lemony, grassy, mango, floral. Taste was similar, citrusy, floral, light tropical fruits, pale malt sweetness. I'm not exactly sure what makes this "Belgian." It was more of a light American IPA than a Belgian IPA, the latter of which tend to be much more floral and yeasty in my experience. This beer was good, but had none of those distinctive qualities that make me think "Belgian IPA," which is why I take points off overall. Body was light-medium. An easy drinker, this was probably the only Brewzzi beer I'd consider having again.
