At the brewery.
Light and bright golden color.
Mild aroma with notes of dough, sweet flowers and a bit of honey.
Flavor with notes of yeast, mild spices, pineapple juice, floral hops and dough. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Easy to drink doughy and floral Golden ale. I felt it a bit like a Kölsch.

another surprise to me. this light colored brew doesn't look like much to me but came through and delivered. Initial tastes are very light, citrusy, crisp, and tarty. A very easy drinking beer that would be a very good choice to someone new to beer. It has a very light and mellow body with a dry, almost wine like finish. a very good light beer for a hot summer day, that proves to me that lighter beer can be just as refreshing as the darker ones I so often chose.
If it had a stronger lemon finish I would had rated it even higher. 4/5, and a good chance of me trying it again

Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. Their kolsch, and not a bad one, particularly with the ulta-low ABV.Yellow with some creamy white head, that leaves significant lace in the glass. A fine lager with above average mouthfeel, likely from a tad addition of honey that explains the taste, the look, the mouthfeel.. Clearn aroma, malty.

Pours a tranlucent gold color. Smell is fresh with some grassy herbal essences present both on the nose and the palate. Extremely balanced and smooth. Very slick but clean quenching type mouthfeel. A nice thirst quencher on a hot day. Reminds me more of a Czech beer than a German one.
