Dark orange hue, almost reddish, chestnut. White and huge head, compact and persistent.
At the smell an average banana, with yeast and breadcrust.
The taste is malty and fruity, with something different from a classic weizen. It has also a mild carbonation for the style. Pear. Some caramel.
In the aftertaste: banana and a hint of caramel, and pear. The caramel goes out quickly. Decent body.
Not bad.
