L- Mid gold, slightly hazy, pours with a 3mm white head.
S- Hard to judge (winter congestion), possible banana.
T- Very Weissy, as in 'rounded and smooth'. With a bit of lip/palate-smacking I also get some spice notes.
F- Pretty typical for a Weisse, medium dry, though thin for 5.3%
O- Pleasant enough but nothing remarkable to lead me to order it again.
Bought from TremblingMadness/York for home delivery to London. 500ml bottle BB: 15/09/2021

500 ml bottle poured into weizen
Four finger head, no carbonation, head vanished after ten to fifteen seconds. No Lacing!!
Smell: Banana, cloves, apples
Taste: Apples and bananas, toffee and marshmellow finish; not too sweet like Valentins.
Mouthfeel: thin and watery
Overall, this beer tasted somewhat like a hefeweizen, but it really tasted more so like one of Schneider's Weizenbocks. Quite frankly, it didn't look like a hefeweizen at all. I will not have this beer again.

Swirled the bottle to make sure I got a taste of the yeast sediment, and this is till a weak tasting weizen. While gorgeous in the glass, pours with a hiss as the head foams and leaves a creamy coating, and cloudy, hazy beige/golden color, so cloudy you can't see the carbonation. The taste is flat, compared to similar weizens already downed, none of the famous weizen flavors coming through. Creamy, slick mouthfeel leaves empty taste, like there should be something there, but is missing.... In substance a weizen, in flavor, a miss...
