330ml bottle. Snifter glass. Enjoyed on jan´12 -revisited on feb´13-. Dark amber color, ruby tints to the light. Beige froth creates a thin lasting crown. Mighty amazing amaretto, vanilla, cinnamon, burnt candy, sweet toasted malts & spices to the nose. Bitter nut upfront followed by gentle fruity flavor & candy notes. Full body. Soft carbonation. Dense texture & smooth toasted malts on to the palate. Dried nuts in the middle & subtle astringency. ABV is well hidden in a long sweet/bitter finish. Herbal bitterness & spices on the aftertaste.
330ml bottle. Spirit glass. Enjoyed at 50 ºC temperature. ( Suggested & explained at the label). Alcoholic sensation becomes much more evident while bitterness turns cleaner. Better balanced flavors & aromas as well. A mandatory experience !!
