Deep Golden in color, made with light carmel malts, hopped with loads of amarillo hops with a slight citrus flavor, then dry hopped for 4 days for a plentiful aroma.

A - Slightly hazy orange body, with a short white head that fades quickly to a partial cap and a bit of lacing.
S - Strong acidic note, citrus, with a creamy aspect. Orange creme soda is the core signal.
T - Less creamy and more tangerine, followed by a more cracker middle, and a sharp bitter spike in the finish.
M - Brisk carbonation, and a very dry finish. Resin feel builds over time.
O - Decent and tasty, but a sharp finish and a tasking build, lingering.

12oz can, no apparent freshness date
Very slow pour leads to a ton of overflowing frothy ivory colored head resting atop a clouded peachy colored ale. Aromas are hoppy with lemon-lime, mango, and peach; light caramel for malt. Very fruity flavors with loads of peach notes with orange zest, mango, and passion fruit. Fuller body, highly carbonated and effervescent, finishes fruity and semi-bitter. I can't say for sure, but this seems to be a bit infected. I noticed it more in flavor when it was colder + the crazy foaming head. Either way, it was pretty tasty and didn't deter too much from the experience. I might have to try another one just to compare to this one.

Wow, I'm starting to think that Brickstone can do nothing wrong. Galaxy Down Under is not exactly a typical IPA, but deserves your attention since it has a complex bouquet without being too heavy or malty. The hops are wonderful, and lend a subtle, fruity flavor. A very drinkable, delightful beer!
