12oz can, dated EC/18/2019 oozes into a snifter like squid ink, showing a deep, dark, black, headless body leaving nothing but glass behind.
Orange and roast malt aromas erupt from the glass demanding a welcome sip of smooth, silky, if thin, deliciousness. Flavor is a good mix of orange and spice, but that devolves into ordinary cola as it comes up to temperature.
A clean finish includes a warmth brought on by cinnamon spices with barely a hint of booze. The can states 9.2% ABV, so that should be corrected in the description.
Overall, not my favorite flavored stout.

Needs a bit more orange flavor along with more body. Not bad otherwise; good sweetness masks standard bitter stout flavor. Vanilla and cinnamon are not overdone. Much more spice in a Warlock Pumpkin stout by Southern Tier. Where this stout shines is the smoothness @ 9.2% ABV. Not boozy at all. A very balanced stout!

Aroma is dark malts, coffee and cinnamon/strong herbal. The flavor is dark/roasted malts, lactose, fruit/mild orange and a big cinnamon/vegetal/sweet/slightly acidic finish.
