My good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had melon and bitter citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright bitter citrus hop presence from start to finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation .overall it is a good beer.

Aroma is yeast, earthy malts and fruit/citrus. The flavor is fruit/berries, earthy malts , a hint of candy sweetness in the middle and a grapefruit/tart hop finish.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on February 22, 2020. The deliciously juicy hazy IPAs that make up our Haz'd X Series are brewed with variable ingredients and processes resulting in unique combinations and flavor profiles. These ultra-limited releases are a real glimpse of our brewhouse innovation in action.
