This dark-brown ale with a tan head not only resembles a porter in appearance, it's quite similar in aroma and flavor. The flavor is loaded with dark and very dark roasted grains, with enough hops to keep it slightly bitter. Suggestions of dark chocolate and black coffee plus a subtle hint of licorice.
Medium-full body with light carbonation.
