A complex red velvety smooth ale designed with 4 specialty malts and 2 varieties of hops. A superb pub ale that compliments food and is a local favourite.

On tap at the brewery restaurant.
This clear red-brown ale has a durable tan head that leaves good lacing.
The aroma is appealing but doesn't prepare one for the much stronger and hoppier flavor.
Still, it's only slightly strong and hoppy for style
Medium body with slightly prickly, medium carbonation. .

Still being brewed!
Had this on a sampler paddle last week.
A very drinkable and pretty dark-looking red. There are nice undertones of toffee & perhaps scotch, and something light that could even be apples that came through for me. It has a sweet finish and a nice bit of head on it.
