This bottled conditioned 500ml of beer was consummed 3 months before its BBD. Poured into a vase shaped pint glass.

A haze took the shine of this pale amber/orange coloured ale, on top sat a pure white head, deep initially, losing depth at a steady rate. Not sure if I poured in any sediment, or the beer is supposed to have a haze?

Hops provided the most smell coming from the glass, flowery, grassy and with a hint of citrus fruits.

The taste more or less followed the smells, with an extra tangy feel, an almost ginger style hotness too.

The alcohol at only 3.8% ABV doesn't sound interesting to some BA's, but this is a well produced, balanced British Bitter and well worth trying.
