Pours a cloudy golden colored beer with a soon disappearing head.
Smells of a lime defined tartness, crackers and young straw, with just a hint of basement and salt.
Has a very well nuanced, lively carbonation, with a light effervescence to it, among a very refreshing, light body.
Tastes of dough covered lemon peel, crackers and a little saltiness, which amps up the previously mentioned pleasantly well. Gets a little softer on the palate then, with more soothing bread dough cutting through. Finishes heavier on the sourness, with a note of mushrooms and lingering salt making this enjoyable till the end.
Very convincing, complex berliner, highlighting subtle flavor nuances, coming from the brett additions.

Pours a deep gold coloration with a huge, but quickly receding, foamy head and visible carbonation. Smell is a little sulphuric, with some funky brett and citrus notes. Taste is quite tart and funky, with a strong citric acidity and notes of lime, hay and just a hint of red berries, specifically raspberry. There is a certain mineral quality to this as well, with a subtle sulphuric note that is not unpleasant at all. Finishes crisp and dry, with no bitterness, but a good dose of citric acidity lingering in the aftertaste. Sparkling, effervescent mouthfeel with a light/medium body and lively carbonation.
The perfect summer beer with its crisp, sparkling character and great balance of medium sourness, light funk and strong citric acidity.
