Amber very reddish color with a thick beige head with medium retention.
Light aroma with notes of caramels, red fruits and mild grainy malts.
Very fruity flavor with some spices and predominant notes of red fruits, plums, a bit of cloves, some grainy and toasted malt, caramel and floral and herbal hops. Medium dry aftertaste with a low bitterness.
Medium body with mild carbonation. I bet it does not have 6.5% abv.
Easy going and very red fruity Doppelbock, it feels like more of a Session Bock. Red clearly won dark. High drinkability, especially considering the style.
