Rosenbrau

My first beerfly from the land of morning calm. I have been sans drinkable beer minus the occasional splurge on a $4.5 of Duvel here and there. Rosenbräu is a great respite from the wasteland that is Korea. They have 4 beers on tap usually. Weizen, Kölsch, Helles, Dunkel and occasionally a special brew i.e. doppel etc. All beers are brewed in house and the kettles are on prominent display. The place itself is quite cavernous with space to seat several hundred I am sure. There is a stage too for live music (which last night happened to be a rather hilarious Korean cover band). The brewer is direct from Germany which lends an air that they at least know what they are doing here. The beers are all good. You can get them in 400cc glasses all the way up to 2000cc pitchers, which are plastic growlers. If you are looking for real beer in Ilsan this place is a MUST!
